Are your flowers fresh?
Yes! With pre-orders, we guarantee they are fresh. We also have preserved roses and can customise a dried floral arrangement.
I want a customized gift that's not on your website, can you help me?
Yes we can. Please get in touch at email@example.com. We love to make customized gifts for those special occasions.
Can I take the flowers out of the box?
The Juliana boxes, you can.
All other flower box arrangements require floral foam. Once you remove a flower from the foam it cannot be placed back in. We recommend leave them in so you can keep your flowers hydrated and fresh for longer.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we are online-based and can only offer delivery at this stage.
Can you add alcohol to my custom order?
We do not have a liquor license therefore we cannot sell alcohol. We suggest for custom orders if you would like to add alcohol do let us know, we will make space in the arrangement for you to place it. We hope to have a liquor license in the future.
I ordered but have changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Email us as soon as possible as we cannot refund perishable goods as they are pre-ordered.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Our courier will leave the flowers in a safe place, but if they feel they can't, we will have to redeliver with additional costs. Please leave a contact number for the recipient and any specific details in the notes at checkout.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Unfortunately, we only deliver within Auckland. Please email if you are out of Auckland we may be able to deliver to you.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
We do Saturday delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Auckland delivery is $15 within a 20km radius and for rural/ out of Auckland it's $40
Can I order and receive it the same day?
We need 2 business days in advance as we're made to order and encourage you to pre-order.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
We are currently not delivering to hospitals. We can arrange delivery to the recipients home when they are discharged from hospital.
